Refund Policy

At Alphanso Technology, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the refund timeline, and other important terms.

1. Digital Product Refunds

Our products are licensed digital software delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for ready-made scripts, web applications, or SaaS platforms once they are delivered or accessed.
  • Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review demo versions or clarify pre-sale questions before making a purchase.

2. Custom Development & Services

For all custom software development, functionality modifications, and feature-based services:

  • Refunds are not applicable once work has begun or services have been delivered as per the mutually agreed scope or contract.
  • Any disputes regarding deliverables will be resolved based on the originally signed agreement or written communication.

3. Pricing Model Clarification

To ensure transparency:

  • Recurring Pricing applies to SaaS products such as EventZ, Melodify, and PlayNow. These are billed on a subscription basis, as stated during checkout or in the respective product documentation.
  • One-Time/Non-Recurring Pricing applies to custom development and self-hosted licenses, where no recurring fee is charged unless additional support or services are purchased separately.

4. Deployment Terms

  • All software is deployed “as is” and comes without warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Once delivered, you are solely responsible for installation, setup, testing, and operational use unless a separate support agreement exists.

5. Refund Timeline (Where Applicable)

Although we do not offer refunds, in any rare case of a valid refund being approved (e.g., duplicate transaction or billing error):

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the approval date.
  • Once processed, the funds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method, as per Stripe’s refund processing timelines.

6. License & Payment Disputes

  • All purchases are governed by our licensing agreement.
  • Clients are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or transferring the application or any of its parts to a third party under any circumstances.
  • Initiating a payment gateway dispute or chargeback will be considered a breach of license, and all support, upgrades, and services will be suspended immediately until the issue is resolved.
