Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and custom development services provided by Alphanso Technology and Alphanso Innovations Private Limited, a subsidiary of Alphanso Technology (collectively referred to as “Alphanso Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Product Refunds
All software products provided by Alphanso Tech are licensed digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once the product is delivered, downloaded, accessed, or installed.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Ready-made software scripts
- Source code packages
- Web applications
- SaaS access or credits
- Digital add-ons or modules
- We strongly encourage customers to
- Review product demos, features, and documentation
- Contact our sales team for pre-purchase queries
before completing a purchase
2. Custom Development, Enhancements & Service-Based Work
Custom software development, UI/UX redesign, feature additions, API integrations, or any service-based project follow strict no-refund terms:
- Refunds are not applicable once development begins or resources are allocated.
- Project payments—whether milestone-based or fixed—are non-refundable
- Disputes regarding deliverables will be evaluated based on:
- Signed agreements
- Approved scope of work
- Written documentation or emails
No partial refunds or credits will be issued for incomplete milestones or unused hours.
3. Pricing Model Transparency
To ensure clarity in billing, Alphanso Tech follows two pricing structures:
Recurring Pricing (Subscription-Based)
Applies to SaaS products such as:
- EventZ
- Melodify
- PlayNow
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including:
- Auto-renewals
- Partial months
- Unused periods
One-Time / Lifetime Pricing
Applies to:
- Self-hosted software licenses
- Source code purchases
- Custom development services
These are non-recurring unless support or maintenance is purchased separately.
4. Deployment, Delivery & Warranty Disclaimer
All software is delivered “as is”, with no implied warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Once you receive access or files
- Installation, testing, configuration, and environment support become your responsibility unless explicitly contracted.
- Alphanso Tech is not responsible for:
- Third-party server issues
- Hosting limitations
- Client-side modifications
- Conflicts caused by external tools
5. Refund Eligibility for Exceptional Cases
Although refunds are generally not offered, Alphanso Tech may consider a refund only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment system failure
- Accidental overcharge
If approved:
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.
- Refund appearance in your account may take 5–10 business days, depending on Stripe or your banking provider.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
6. License Violations & Payment Disputes
All purchases are bound by Alphanso Tech’s license agreement.
The following actions constitute a breach of license:
- Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team
- Unauthorized redistribution or resale of the software
- Sharing source code or access with third parties
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated:
- All support, updates, access, and services will be immediately suspended.
- Legal steps may be taken to recover damages or protect intellectual property.
We strongly advise customers to contact us before initiating any dispute.
