A fitness tracking android app that takes you from being an out of shape couch potato to being ready to exercise regularly. This all allows creating a music playlist to workout to, and various tracking features for when you go out running. It isn’t much you can do for your body that is better than getting in shape, staying in shape and working out. It lowers all of the bad things (cholesterol, blood pressure etc) and heightens all of the good things (muscles, stamina, etc). This app logs your calories and has a database of foods so you can find what you ate and keen an accurate count.
